February Baking Schedule

The February baking schedule features a run of Ferment staples, beginning with the lightness of Lucca’s White Knot and ending with the fluffy deliciousness of the Pain au Levain. The middle is stuffed with a variety of seeded loaves and our raisin and olive loaves. Voilà!
