December 2019 Bread CSA Baking Schedule

The December baking schedule begins in November and – thanks be given! – the baking schedule is out. The breads are Ferment staples with the odd experiment thrown in (the double-fermented version of the Poilanesque will be built in three instead of two fermentation stages). We hope you’ll like it. The bigger news is the schedule. Because of Thanksgiving, Friday customers will receive the Friday-after-Thanksgiving-bread on Wednesday morning, Nov. 27, before noon. If that doesn’t work for you, please let me know and we’ll figure out a solution. We will be taking a short break of Christmas and New Years before resuming the Bread CSA in early January. And now, without further ado, the baking schedule.
