We hope you’ve had a fabulous and healthy summer! We are excited to start with the Fall 2025 Bread CSA in just under two weeks’ time. The first batch of bread will roll out of the oven on the Tuesday after Labor Day, Sept 2, and then continue of our regular Monday and Friday schedule for four months (Sept 2-26; Sept 29-Oct 24; Oct 27-Nov 21; Nov 24-Dec 19). September’s baking schedule features a new loaf (the sprouted Quinoa) on a slate with Ferment staples from Lucca’s White Knot to our favorite Bâtard 707.
