The November baking schedule features Ferment staples, beginning with the Spelt-Wheat in the first and the Thanksgiving-themed Cranberry Walnut in the last week. In between, we’ll be tweaking our Dark Rye loaf with molasses and introducing it as our “Pumpernickel Rye.” We’d love feedback on this loaf!
