April 2026 Baking Schedule

This month’s bread schedule is unusual because it includes a ONE-WEEK BREAK in deliveries, from F April 17 to M April 20, and consequently will reach into the first week of May to ensure a regular four delivery monthly cycle. Please let me know if this presents any issues and we will figure it out. Here, then, is the April schedule, which introduces one new recipe – the Spelt-Rye loaf:
