September 2026 Baking Schedule

We hope you’ve had a fabulous and healthy summer! We are excited to start with the Fall 2025 Bread CSA in just under two weeks’ time. The first batch of bread will roll out of the oven on the Tuesday after Labor Day, Sept 8, and then continue of our regular Monday and Friday schedule for four months (Sept 8-Oct 2; Oct 5-Oct 30; Nov 2-Nov 27; Nov 30-Dec 23). September’s baking schedule features a cross-section of Ferment staples, beginning with the Tartine-inspired Pain de Campagne to our own favorite Bâtard 707.
