December kicks off with Ferment’s traditional Thanksgiving Cranberry and Walnut loaf, delivered fresh on Wednesday morning instead of the usual Monday and Friday delivery. December features a mix of Ferment favorites and holiday staples. Two of these – Dec 2’s Semolina Sesame* and Dec 13’s Buckwheat with Sour Cream and Groats* – contain potential allergens. If you are allergic to Sesame or do not consume dairy products (we use lactose-free sour cream), let us know and you will receive an alternate loaf. As mentioned above, please note that in Thanksgiving week, both the Monday and Friday deliveries will take place on Wednesday, Nov 27 before noon. If this scheduling does not work for you, let me know so we can make alternate arrangements. All the December breads will arrive as usual on Mondays and Fridays. And now, the baking schedule – Enjoy!
