November 2021 Baking Schedule


The November baking schedule continues the theme of using ancient and heirloom wheat grains, some with intriguing additions like the Miso & Sesame Durum loaf and the Kamut and Sprouted Quinoa. Since the last week of he month is Thanksgiving week, I will be delivering the Friday bread on Wednesday, Nov 25 before noon. If you need tomake changes to your delivery schedule, please contact me.
