Ferment's Fifth Year!

September 2021 Baking Schedule

This fall season marks the beginning of Ferment Bakery’s fifth year of existence. We’reglad and privileged to have served youover the last years and are excited to start intoour first anniversary year! September’sbaking schedule features some of our most popularloaves and a new recipe, a 50/50loaf reminiscent of Tartine’s “Ode to Bourdon,” oen of the first loaves I baked. Thefirst bread deliverywill go out on Tuesday, Sept 7 (since Monday is Labor Day) and afterwardscontinue onthe regular Monday/Friday delivery schedule.

The pricing and subscription options remain the same as last year and are as posted on the website (<www.fermentbakery.com>). I accept payment in cash, by check, (payable to Matthias Rudolf and addressed to 24 Munroe St., Somerville, MA 02143), or via VENMO or online invoice from Square.
